BEDS Plus, Inc. Is a leading homeless services provider in Southwest Suburban Cook County, IL. BEDS operates a low-barrier Walk-In Center where people facing homelessness can access food and basic supplies, financial assistance, shelter program screenings, and other resources. The Center is located at (7666 W. 63rd Street, Summit, IL 60501), and walk-in hours are from 12-4PM (Monday – Saturday). Bilingual Community Health Workers provide immediate help. The Center also offers acute and post-acute medical care for homeless persons who are too ill or vulnerable to recover from a physical illness or injury on the streets, but do not qualify for further hospitalization, rehabilitation services or nursing home care.
